This was just released on Wednesday that Pepperjam Network is one of the Top 100 fastest growing companies according to Inc. Magazine. The ranking is based on revenue from 2007, which places Pepperjam at 70th place. However, according to Kris Jones, President of Pepperjam the network has had even more revenue growth in 2008

In fact Pepperjam is ranked as the fastest growing affiliate marketing company, search engine marketing firm and 5th fastest growing advertising/marketing company. These are some impressive stats and numbers!

I guess this all begs the question of why? Why is Pepperjam doing so well?

From an affiliate point of view there I think there are two big reasons that Pepperjam is doing so well and attracting the super affiliates. First off the president, Kris Jones, is a well known affiliate marketer. Kris Jones knows affiliate marketing. In fact, Kris did a lot of affiliate marketing prior to launching Pepperjam Network. Therefore, he knows exactly what affiliates are looking for in a affiliate network. As the add says, “An affiliate company run by affiliates”.

Rumors Are True

As well, he is a very active blogger and you can read and comment on his blog here. Having a president this active in the blogging and affiliate community is going to create a buzz. This IS the definition of viral marketing.

The second reason Pepperjam is doing so well is customer support. From an affiliate stand point I’ve had to contact customer support countless times. Whether it be to get an estimated earnings per click (EPC), access to datafeeds or something else. Pepperjam’s support is the best of the top three networks. I’ve still never heard back from Linkshare’s customer support and Commission Junction is rather slow and often unhelpful. As well, with Pepperjam you’re assigned a affiliate manager from the start. To get an affiliate manager at the other companies you have to be pushing some serious numbers.

Pepperjam Network has all of these things in place and with the continual growth in the affiliate marketing industry Pepperjam is posed to become an even more successful Affiliate Networking company. I currently don’t push any volume through Pepperjam, however, I’m in the process of setting up two campaigns that will focus on products at Pepperjam. I hope to work with Pepperjam more in the future as they are getting more and more exciting companies to promote!
